DIGITALDRIPS / WEB + AI STUDIO
Melbourne · websites, platforms, AI
Websites, client portals, real software, and the AI that answers the phone at 11pm when you cannot. Every job is scoped to what you actually need, then quoted as one fixed number before a line of code is written. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoice at the end.
What we build
We connect strategy, design, and engineering so the outcome feels coherent, not assembled.

The Digital Drips standard
Good digital work is not just what appears on screen. It is the thinking, structure, and precision beneath it.
Scalable by design, not reconstructed when growth arrives.
Clean foundations, reliable performance, and technology chosen for the actual problem.
Interfaces that feel alive while remaining fast, clear, and useful.
Every interaction, component, and detail earns its place.
Built and running
Three products built end to end by the person you would be hiring. Explore each experience in the interactive website showroom.
Live links verified on 31 August 2026. Product-interface visuals are stylised previews, not customer data.
Shift notes, documents and follow-ups in one connected place.
AI-assisted NDIS care administration, built around human review and connected records.

Ten products, each one a specific job that costs an Australian business money every week. We checked nine local agencies. Six of these ten, not one of them sells at all. Tell us which one bleeds the most and we scope that one first.
An AI receptionist answers every call you miss between 5pm and 8am, takes the job details and texts you the summary before you wake up.
Plumbers, sparkies, HVAC, locksmiths, tow operators
Any call you do not pick up gets an SMS within 30 seconds. Their reply lands in your inbox as a lead.
Anyone with a mobile number on the truck
Every quote gets chased three times over 14 days, and stops the second they reply or accept.
Builders, glaziers, landscapers, roofers
Chases the appointment nobody rebooked, fills a cancellation, reminds them the day before.
Dental, physio, chiro, salons, mechanics
One form fills every system. CRM, practice software, a named folder and the welcome email, typed once.
NDIS providers, allied health, law firms
A chat agent trained on your prices and service area that puts the job in your calendar, not a contact form.
Anyone with a real booking calendar
Record the meeting, get a structured file note and action list in your system before you drive back.
Law firms, accountants, surveyors
Every portal enquiry answered in 60 seconds, qualified, booked into the next inspection.
Independent agencies and property teams
Tracks every screening, first aid and insurance expiry. Chases at 30, 14 and 7 days, then escalates.
NDIS, aged care, labour hire
SMS review request the moment a job is marked complete. Anything unhappy routes to you privately first.
Trades, clinics, cafes, gyms
Most of these started as somebody describing a job they were sick of doing by hand. Tell us what eats your week and we will tell you straight whether it is worth automating.
Each one is a fixed build fee and then a flat monthly, both written down before you commit to anything. Model and telephony usage is billed straight through at cost with the provider invoice attached. We do not mark it up, and we do not hide it in a rate.
After launch
Most studios bill you, hand over a zip and go quiet. Sites rot, prices change, an integration breaks at 6pm on a Friday. We stay on, and you can leave on 30 days notice without an argument.
Someone is watching it
Most people land here
An embedded team
Built up front with no deposit. Hosting, support and changes all inside the one monthly figure. Twelve month minimum, then month to month, and you can buy the code outright after month 12 at a number we agree on the day you sign, not one we invent later. Nobody else in this market will tell you what happens when you leave.
How the money works: 50% on kick-off, 50% on delivery, Net 14. Code and infrastructure transfer into your name on final payment. Billed separately at cost and never marked up: domain, hosting, AI model and telephony usage, stock photography. Every figure is AUD excluding GST and lands in your written proposal before you commit to anything.
How we work
We define the opportunity, users, constraints, and measures of success.
We shape the experience, visual system, and product direction before development begins.
We engineer the approved experience with performance, maintainability, and scale in mind.
We test the complete system, release it carefully, and support what happens next.
Ways to work with us
Three starting points, and most jobs sit on one of them. Whichever you pick, the scope and the number are fixed and written down before anything is built, and everything transfers to you on final payment.
Live in 10 business days
Five pages, written for you, built to be found and built to convert. The fastest way to stop looking like a hobby.
Four to six weeks
Up to twelve pages you can edit yourself, wired into the tools you already run the business on.
Eight to twelve weeks
Real software. Logins, roles, permissions and a database you own outright, not a rented seat in somebody else’s product.
Before you ask
That depends on what it has to do, and we would rather give you the real number than a headline one that moves later. Send the brief and you get a written fixed quote inside two business days, broken down line by line, with the live date on it. If the budget you have in mind will not buy what you are describing, we say so in that first reply instead of billing you to find out.
Launch sites go live in 10 business days. Business sites take four to six weeks. Platforms take eight to twelve. The date goes in the scope with the price, and if we slip we tell you the week it happens, not the week before launch.
You do. Domain, hosting account, code, content, all in your name. On the monthly site plan it becomes yours outright once you buy the code at month 12. We do not hold anything hostage to keep you on a retainer.
Monthly plans run month to month after the first term. Give 30 days and we hand over everything, documented, in a state another developer can pick up. No exit fee, no lock-in clause.
Usually yes. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, a custom build somebody abandoned. We audit it first and tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing or whether you are paying to keep something alive that should be replaced.
It answers the calls you miss, replies to enquiries that come in at 10pm, chases the quote you forgot about, and stops you retyping the same job details into three systems. If none of those are costing you money, you do not need it and we will say so.
No. Buy the build and walk. Most people take Care anyway, because someone has to patch the thing, renew the certificate and keep the backups, and if that person is you it will not happen.
Start a conversation
Tell us what it has to do. You get a written scope, a fixed number and a live date inside two business days, and no invoice for the conversation.
